Registration for this schedule starts on 11/28/2025 and ends on 02/09/2026
Participants must be entering grades 9 to 12.
This program is designed to prepare student athletes for overall athletic competition, comprehensive injury prevention, and a lifelong fitness mindset. All workouts are supervised with Concordia Academy coaching staff and are organized to enhance specific athletic goals and overall teamwork. The program starts with a wide range of testing for agility, leaping, and strength, and in the later weeks, students will work on athletic development, weight training, and core strengthening exercises.
