Female
This program starts off with testing in bench, squat, slant boards, broad jump, and more during the week of June 4. In the following weeks, students will work on athletic development, weight training, core, and concussion prevention training. A separate weight training camp, "Summer Weightlifting Readiness," is available for students entering Grades 7 and 8.
