This program is designed to prepare student athletes
for overall athletic competition, comprehensive
injury prevention, and a lifelong fitness mindset.
All workouts are supervised with Concordia Academy
strength and conditioning staff and are organized to
enhance specific athletic goals and overall teamwork.
The program starts with a wide range of testing for
agility, leaping, and strength, and in the later weeks,
students will work on athletic development, weight
training, and core strengthening exercises. This camp
will not meet July 6-10.
